Word Power Made Easy, by Norman Lewis

A few weeks ago I dropped a thought in our company Slack: with AI handling more of the syntax, the real barrier for engineers like me is linguistic. Docs, RFCs, mentorship, code reviews — it’s all English. For non-native speakers, English might be the most underrated engineering skill out there.

A coworker from Texas read that and recommended this book. So here I am, first chapter in, sharpening the thing I keep saying matters most.
